These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through www.ehdsports.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Products & Orders

We sell sports clothing, footwear, equipment, and accessories.
All products are subject to availability. When your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and progress updates by email.

 

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and despatch orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Delivery is typically 2–5 working days after despatch, depending on your location and courier service.

Tracking details are provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.

 

Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

To start a return, please email contact@ehdsports.com.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, and always within 14 calendar days.

 

Faulty goods / repair / replacement rights

If the product is confirmed faulty, a full refund including return postage will be issued.
We currently do not offer exchanges on faulty items, due to stock limitations.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store or access any card or financial details.
